this band is not joking. please remember this as you listen to them. a friend of mine grew up in a very evangelical household and was only allowed to listen to christian music, and this group was the group she turned to for her introduction to “punk rock”

the members are from a metal band, playing punk music as a lark, so the actual style is somewhat tongue-in-cheek, but the message is absolutely serious

this isn’t really awful, it is actually incredible
